Chase William Barnes, 24, was sentenced Dec. 15 to 24 months bench probation and 10 days jail based on no contest pleas for fourth degree assault and menacing. Charges dismissed: Third degree assault, and second degree disorderly conduct.
Shenese Danielle Cobian, 31, was sentenced Dec. 13 to 10 days in jail, 24 months of bench probation, and a license suspension of one year following two no contest pleas for driving under the influence of intoxicants and resisting arrest.
Jonathan Preston Johnson, 40, was convicted Dec. 13 to a fine of $650 based on a no contest plea for refusal to take a test for intoxicants. Driving under the influence of intoxicants was diverted. Charges dismissed: Recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, violating speed limit and failure to drive within a lane.
Dean Allen Jones, 65, was convicted Dec. 13 to a hunting license suspension of three years based on a no contest plea for taking, angling, hunting, or trapping in violation of wildlife law or rule. Charges dismissed: taking, angling, hunting, or trapping in violation of wildlife law or rule.Jerry Alan Williams, 57, was convicted Dec. 13 to a fine of $100 based on a guilty plea for failure to report as a sex offender.

5:41 p.m – Tracy Neal Hayes, 58, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court for a probation violation on an original charge for driving while suspended, a Linn County Justice warrant for a probation violation on an original charge for second degree criminal trespass and a Linn County Circuit court warrant for third degree escape.
8:16 p.m – Brandon Watkins, 24, was cited for reckless driving and speeding, resulting in a crash at the 3700 block of NE Old Salem Road, Albany.

1:52 a.m – Brittany Gibson, 34, was cited in lieu of custody for two outstanding warrants. Gibson additionally was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
2:09 a.m – Robert Kevin Gardener, 58, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second degree criminal mischief.
2:13 a.m – Bryanah Paige Tranilla, 30, was arrested by Albany Pd on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for third degree theft.
1:14 p.m – Caller reported daughter’s electric scooter was stolen. Officer responded, report taken. Valued loss $400. 1200 block of 40th Ave.
2:13 p.m – Katie Dawn Stockwell, 40, was cited for driving while suspended.
6:56 p.m – Gloria Griedrich, 53, was cited for no valid operator’s license and failure to use lights when required.

9:20 a.m – Michael Matthews, 38, was arrested for Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for second degree theft, third degree theft and second degree criminal trespass. A Linn County Justice warrant for first degree trespass, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for driving while suspended.

4:08 p.m – Izzach Marlow, 21, was arrested for aggravated harassment.
