Jason Micheal Comer, 46, was charged Nov. 13 with second degree burglary, two counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and harassment.
Gabriel Hernandez Hernandez, 22 was sentenced Nov. 15 to 120 hours in jail, and 18 months supervised probation based on guilty pleas for menacing; constituting domestic violence, and interference with making a report.
Jonathan Preston Johnson, 40, was charged Nov. 15 with DUII, refusal to take a test for intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, violating a speed limit 60/35, and failure to drive within a lane.
Jake Dean Napier, 18, was sentenced Oct. 25 to 5 days in jail, and 24 months bench probation based on guilty pleas for second degree burglary and second degree theft.
Dale Jesse Grant Reeley, 35 was charged Nov. 9 with two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, second degree criminal mischief, first degree aggravated theft, second degree criminal trespass and first degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $40,000.
Jerry Lee Thompson II, 21, was charged Oct. 5 with DUII, reckless driving, two counts of fourth-degree assault, and failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons.

10:04 a.m – Caller reported theft of an EBT card. Report taken, valued loss $200. 2200 block of Main St.
11:14 a.m – Connor Provstaag, 35, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended and an undisclosed warrant. 600 block of Russell Dr, and May Ln, Lebanon.
12:28 p.m – Victoria Lynn Howden, 39, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft. Cited, and released.

8:50 a.m – Brenda Kay Passmore, 70, was arrested for second degree animal neglect. Cited and released.
10:26 a.m – Jaime Castro-Hernandez, 27, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for driving while suspended.
11:27 a.m – Kenneth George Adair, 55, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
12:25 p.m – Caller reports a forged check on mothers account. Report taken, valued loss $425.
1:07 p.m – Caller reported burglary of residence. Deputy responded, report taken. 27200 block of High Deck Rd, Foster.
3:01 p.m – Suzan Faye Bechtel, 70, was cited for speeding. 38/20.
9:53 p.m – Dalton Orr, 27, was arrested for driving while suspended.
10:13 p.m – Matthew Allen Pitts, 35, was arrested by Albany PD on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for second degree criminal trespass, menacing, and three counts of third degree theft.

1:07 a.m – Robert Church, 51, of Lebanon, was arrested for warrants.
10:15 a.m – Emily Jean Nunn, was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance.
11:32 a.m – Caller reported catalytic converter stolen off of her vehicle. Deputy responded, report taken. 26700 block of Rowell Hill Rd.
3:33 p.m – Paula Jean Rasmussen, was cited for driving uninsured.
3:50 p.m – Caller reports graffiti at residence. Officer responded, report taken for second degree criminal mischief and trespass. 1400 block of 13th Ave.
6:03 p.m – Raymond Lyle Tressel, was arrested by Lebanon PD on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for second degree criminal trespass and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Cited and released.

1:35 p.m – Kenneth Adair, was cited for traffic violations.
9:51 p.m – Rhys Cyrus, 44, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
11:01 p.m – Kyle Richards, 30, of Sweet Home, was arrested for an outstanding warrant. 300 block of Washburn St, Brownsville.

10:15 a.m – Elusive white husky led deputies on a low speed chase near Shea Point. Deputies were unable to capture the rascal.
12:27 p.m – Nathanial Hammett, 37, was cited for driving while suspended and the requirement of an ignition interlock device.
9:58 p.m – Tyler Steagall, 30, was cited for driving suspended and driving uninsured.
10:39 p.m – Caleb Hoffman, 20, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
