Jan. 2

12:38 p.m. – Caller reported a vandalized car, 900 block of Long St. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.

3:21 p.m. – Thomas Daniel Elmer was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Kyle James Elmer was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 700 block of Long St.

4:37 p.m. – Caller reported a stolen chair and mirror, 300 block of Mountain View Road.

Jan. 3

12:08 a.m. – Anita Pauline Wolfe-Holley, 49, was cited and released on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original second-degree charge, 40th Ave./Main St.

10:16 a.m. – Michael Burk-hart, 40, of Aumsville, cited and released on warrant, 28100 block Pleasant Valley Rd. Report taken.

10:52 a.m. – Caller contacted Sheriff’s Office with questions about trespassing squatters on property he co-owns, 48400 block Hwy. 20.

12:49 p.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 41, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

12:52 p.m. – Josiah Andrew Bybee, 23, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.

2:10 p.m. – Caller reported stolen 2002 silver Hyundai Accent with large dent on rear passenger quarter panel. Value $3,000. Report taken.

3:53 p.m. – Callers reported three vehicles involved in a motor-vehicle crash, 18th Ave./Long St. Audrey Ann May Shaffer was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.

4:54 p.m. – Caroline Regina Pearson, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

11:15 p.m. – Caller reported a break-in in an employee’s vehicle, Taco Bell, 1520 Main St. Report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle.

11:16 p.m. – Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District, Sheriff’s deputies responded to shopping cart fire at Main St./Maple Lane.

11:54 p.m. – Jhenna Marie Lynn Lance, 28, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 1600 block of Long St.

Jan. 4

2:36 a.m. – Stolen vehicle recovered, 28100 block Hwy. 20.

3:29 a.m. – Jonathan Mykale Bagnall, 25, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 1200 block of 22nd Ave.

8:03 a.m. – Caller requested that transients sleeping on a property be trespassed, 1100 block of Main St. Nicholas Scott Warren, 43, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

8:59 a.m. – Caller reported items stolen from his vehicle, 550 block of Mountain View Road. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft.

2:02 p.m. – Caller reported being scammed out of nearly $20,000, 300 block of 11th Ave.

3:50 p.m. – Jason Del Roy Avery, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, Halsey.

6:07 p.m. – Isaac Booker Justham, 23, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 1800 block of Elm St.

9:43 p.m. – The Linn County Sheriff’s Office received a hang-up call from a female about a fight, 4100 block of Main St. Bradley L. Littlejohn, 32, was arrested for first-degree domestic violence assault. Another male was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by medics.

11:06 p.m. – Bobby Lee Thornbrough, 30, was cited for no driver’s license, 2300 block of Main St.

Jan. 5

2:47 a.m. – Nickolas Ryan Shoulders, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Toledo Police Department.

4:20 a.m. – Matthew Louis Clark, 41, was cited for dog as a public nuisance, 970 block of 23rd Ave.

8:18 a.m. – Caller reported a parked trailer dumping sewage onto the road, 1400 block of 24th Ave. Loris David Whitton, 67, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of contempt and a criminal citation X2.

10:45 a.m. – Deputy investigated report of animal neglect in 41800 block Upper Calapooia Dr. Determined report was unfounded.

12:19 p.m. – Caller reported a possible shoplifting incident, Dollar Tree, 2414 Main St. Clarence David Vogel, 21, was cited and released for third-degree theft.

5:57 p.m. – Caller reported wanting to trespass a female who kept leaving her children in the lobby and refusing to leave, McDonald’s, 2000 Main St. Samantha Leann Stotz, 31, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original first-degree charge.

6:04 p.m. – Zachariah Lee Davis, 33, was arrested for first-degree burglary, domestic violence – menacing, domestic violence – harassment and interfering with making a report, 1000 block of 18th Ave. Also arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge of attempted unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third degree escape. Arrested on a statewide felony warrant for eluding an officer.

7:33 p.m. – Jason Michael Comer, 45, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

8:13 p.m. – Cody Allyn Peterson, 36, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan 6

11:05 a.m. – Forest Lee Steinborn, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

12:50 p.m. – Kendra Benton, 26, of Crawfordsville, cited for failure to license dog, 26000 block 2nd St.

1:01 p.m. – Miguel Alfredo Gutierrez, 39, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of giving false information to a police officer, Eugene Police Department.

2:49 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle break-in with the theft of multiple tools, 2200 block of Nandina St. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft.

3:49 p.m. – Caller reported a chainsaw theft from her husband’s pickup, 1200 block of Clark Mill Road.

4:15 p.m. – Caller reported a male approaching her with a story about an altercation with his girlfriend in which she’d stabbed him in the hand, 1100 block of 12th Ave. Ashley Elizabeth Price, 30, was arrested for first-degree domestic violence – assault.

4:35 p.m. – Kelly Linn Walker, 50, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

8:31 p.m. – Danielle Rene Anderson, 29, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court Court warrant for third degree theft, Albany Police Department.

8:46 p.m. – Marcus Anthony Cuellar, 34, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Albany Police Department.

9:45 p.m. – Caller reported a disturbance in which a male threw a metal rod through a window, 300 block of W. Holley Road. Jerrod Slade Schooley, 48, was cited and released for second-degree criminal mischief.

9:53 p.m. – Sean Robinson, 38, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant, 2600 block Juniper St.

10:17 p.m. – David Michael Russell, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

11:27 p.m. – Citizen reported being assaulted and having his guns stolen by male on High Deck Road, Cascadia. According to Sheriff’s Office, no one was shot in the incident, and further details could not be divulged due to an ongoing investigation and “interviews that still need to happen,” according to Sheriff Michelle Duncan.

“It is still very much under investigation.”

11:43 p.m. – Ashley Lynette Carpenter, 21, was cited for driving uninsured, Wagon Wheel Mobile Park, 1283 44th Ave.

Jan. 7

4:26 a.m. – Deputy spotted vehicle on railroad tracks in 28100 block Hwy. 20. Investigation revealed that male was locking gate behind him. Deputy instructed him to move vehicle off tracks.

5:20 a.m. – Nickolas Ray Aday, 23, was cited for having no valid operator’s license, 2400 block of Main St.

1:35 p.m. – Deputies assisted motorist stuck in snow on USFS Road 2044. Pulled vehicle out, escorted them until they were clear of snow. 50700 block Hwy. 20.

7:58 p.m. – James Keith Mortensen, 23, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to show insurance, 1500 block of Main St.

10:56 p.m. – Bobbi Stroud, 44, of Sweet Home, cited on warrant, cited for driving while suspended, 4600 block Hwy. 20. Report taken.

Jan. 8

8:18 a.m. – Caller reported an open garage door and items stolen from vehicles, 490 block of Strawberry Loop. Report taken for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft.

11:41 a.m. – Deputy documented complaint about neighbor’s dog attacking chickens, 43100 block North River Dr.

1:28 p.m. – Caller reported an RV trailer break-in, 4100 block of Main St. Report taken for second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief.

7:02 p.m. – Caller reported a non-injury motor vehicle crash, 18th Ave./Long St. Norma Ray Hutson, 58, was cited for driving uninsured.

8:45 p.m. – Katie Marie Williams, 26, was cited for driving with a suspended license and speeding, 3000 block of Main St.

9:08 p.m. – Roman Eugene Davis, 18, was cited for speeding, 3200 block of Main St.
