2:25 a.m. – Jeffrey Michael Clark, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of failure to appear on a second-degree charge, Eugene Police Department.
9:16 a.m. – Caller had gasoline stolen from a pontoon boat while stored at 4199 Main St. Report taken. Approximate value: $200.
10:17 a.m. – Nathan Daniel Brown, 47, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County.
2:31 p.m. – Deputy dismantled two rock fire pits on BLM property in the 44700 block of Quartzville Road.
2:32 p.m. – Caller reported a car break-in in the 1400 block of 60th Ave. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
4:21 p.m. – Deputy contacted a group camping illegally on Campbell Global property near milepost 24 on Quartzville Road. Advised to pack up and vacate immediately.
4:41 p.m. – Deputy located an illegal camp about 60 feet off Trout Creek Road, 50500 block of Quartzville, in the woods on BLM land. Male and female were advised to pack up immediately, instructed where they could camp.
4:25 p.m. – Tube valued at $249.99 was reported taken from a boat in the 1400 block of 60th Ave.
7:03 p.m. – Caller reported a 125cc motorcycle stolen from property in the 29000 block of Hwy. 20 during the last day. Report taken.
8:59 p.m. – Harvey Michael Kapicka, 37, was cited and released for first-degree criminal trespass, Safeway, 1540 Main St.
10:49 p.m. – Anita Wolfe-Holley, 49, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a second-degree original charge, 900 block of Main St. Cameron Wark was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass.
July 26
7:10 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office received a report of a motorhome on Cascade Timber property, Hwy. 20/Canyon Creek Road. Company security made contact with its owner and was making arrangements to have the vehicle moved.
5:19 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office received a report of three to four teenagers jumping off yellow safety pylons at Lewis Creek Park swim area. This is a prohibited activity, as pylons provide a safety barrier for swimmers in the beach area. Deputy did not observe anyone on or near pylons upon arrival.
8:42 p.m. – Caroline Regina Pearson, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Albany Police Department.
July 27
2:29 a.m. – Caller reported a gun theft from his vehicle, 2300 block of Harding St. Report taken for first-degree theft and unauthorized entry into motor vehicle.
8:32 a.m. – Carrie Lynne Miller, 42, of Sweet Home, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and outstanding warrant for failure to appear. According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Miller rented a flatbed car trailer from Albany Rental for a week and did not return it. Albany Rental went through demand letter process and reported it stolen. Miller was contacted at home with the trailer and arrested. Transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.
9:24 a.m. – Caller reported a July 23 residential break-in and theft, 1500 block of Tamarack St. Report taken, investigation continuing.
2:12 p.m. – Caller reported theft from a car, 56000 block of Hwy. 20. Report taken.
5:03 p.m. – Citizen reported finding bones, 39400 block of Childers Drive. Deputy investigated and determined they were not human.
5:13 p.m. – Driver, name not available, cited for speeding, 80/55, driving while suspended, 27600 block of Hwy. 20.
5:34 p.m. – Caller reported underage drinking in Lewis Creek Park, 44400 block of North River Drive. Park was empty when a deputy arrived after dealing with other, “higher-priority” calls.
7:17 p.m. – Timothy Dean James Morgan, 20, was cited and released for failure to appear on an original charge of animal abandonment, 3200 block of Main St.
9:20 p.m. – Breanna Marie Mansell, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.
11:24 p.m. – Scheherazade Begovic, 56, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass, 1000 block of 42nd Ave. Transported to Lebanon Community Hospital by medics due to an anxiety attack.
July 28
2:33 a.m. – Jerhami Homenyk was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 990 block of 42nd Ave.
9:15 a.m. – Deputy investigated a missing-person report in the 43400 block of Wiley Creek Drive. Claudia D. Hudson, AKA Cody J. Hudson, 26, of Sweet Home, was listed as missing. She was located a few days later, having traveled to Portland with friends, and returned home, according to Sehriff’s Office. Report taken.
10:25 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of two paddleboards and an amplifier, during early morning hours, from his boat moored at Edgewater Marina, 1400 block of 60th Ave. Paddleboards described as Teal Hyrdro Force and blue Soopotay. Value estimated at $1,000. Cameras on site caught male in camo with a facemask entering the dock by climbing over bars. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
11:28 a.m. – Nancy Lee Waters, 39, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1950 Main St.
12:58 p.m. – Isaiah Thomas Yocum-Stucky, 22, was arrested for first-degree assault, 1950 Main St.
1:48 p.m. – Amber Dawn Barton, 43, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
5:07 p.m. – Deputy located campers with tents on both sides of the 51100 block of Quartzville Road. They removed tents after being informed of the rules. At milepost 23.5, a deputy spoke to two males who were unloading to camp in a day-use spot. They moved to U.S. Forest Service property.
5:16 p.m. – Hit-and-run reported in the 44900 block of Quartzville Road, near Sunnyside Park. Incident occurred July 22. 2008 Mazda Miata was parked along the road while the owner was swimming. When owner returned to the car, front left fender was scraped and dented. More than $1,000 damage was done to a vehicle. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

12:27 a.m. – Paul William Kalina, 47, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third degree theft, 42nd Ave./Main St.
2:13 a.m. – Colton Robert Michael Rictor, 21, was cited and released on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for theft by receiving and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and failure to appear on original charges of second-degree burglary, an original charge X2, third-degree theft X2 and second-degree criminal trespass, 19th Ave./Main St.
7:04 a.m. – Jeremy Lee Ferebee, 43, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, Main St./24th Ave.
7:42 a.m. – Michael Ray Jensen, 41, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt, Main St./22nd Ave.
8:24 a.m. – Amy Leigh Barnes, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
10:49 a.m. – Caller reported a tool theft from a vehicle the previous evening, 4500 block of Airport Lane. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft.
12:30 p.m. – Car completely blocking the eastbound lane in the 40700 block of Hwy. 228 removed.
12:37 p.m. – Caller reported a GPS taken from a vehicle, 1000 block of 24th Ave. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
2:15 p.m. – Fred Felde, 37, was cited for no insurance, 4600 block of Main St.
2:17 p.m. – Leland Stanford Caldwell, 44, was arrested for a restraining-order violation and on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for a probation violation. Arrested on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for probation violation/contempt, 1200 block of 40th Ave.
2:33 p.m. – Multiple trailer-less vehicles cited for parking in “Boat Trailer Only” spots, Calkins Boat Ramp, 44500 block of Quartzville Road.
3:07 p.m. – Cars were moved from the 44700 block of Quartzville Road after swimmers were contacted by a deputy.
3:17 p.m. – Unruly Jamboree campers were reported to be causing a ruckus at a campground, 42200 block of Ames Creek Road. All individuals were warned for their actions and promised to act like adults for the rest of the weekend.
4:02 p.m. – Caller reports son’s ex fiance came to a residence after being told not to, 1600 block of Main St. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief.
6:17 p.m. – Christine Lorraine Reigstad, 55, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for driving with a suspended license, a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for driving with a suspended license, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and an Albany Municipal warrant for contempt of court, 4300 block of Main St.
7:39 p.m. – Multiple callers reported an assault on a male, A&W, 1010 Main St. A&W. Brandon Craig Phillips, 30, was cited and released for harassment.
9:10 p.m. – Disturbance at location, female with bloody eyebrow, Deschutes Stage. Report taken.

12:14 a.m. – Report taken for second-degree theft, Boulder Ridge Road. Value: approximately $500.
1:12 a.m. – Ryan Anthony Shelton, 29, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1950 Main St.
3:55 a.m. – Amanda Marie McDowell, 27, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of giving false information to a police officer and failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving. Also cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession, Mr. Lucky’s, 1207 Long St.
6:22 a.m. – David Michael Russel, 41, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a stolen vehicle and harassment, 1600 block of 18th Avenue.

8:35 a.m. – Melannie Leanne Ader, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to perform duty of a driver, Lebanon Police Department.

2:08 p.m. – Large, unoccupied transient camp located in a remote area off the 44700 block of Quartzville Road. Heavily littered and damage to site. Occupants have been previously identified and criminal charges will be sent to Linn County DA for review. Report taken.
3:07 p.m. – Bryce Keenon, 25, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, Midway.
3:39 p.m. – Caller reports someone pried open a fuel door on a vehicle in a yard, 1200 block of 4th Ave. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft.
4:04 p.m. – Group illegally camped across from Yellowbottom Campground, 51300 block of Quartzville Road. Advised to vacate the site.
4:11 p.m. – Caller reports vehicle hit a pillar, Thriftway, 621 Main St.. Vehicle left the area and went westbound on Hwy. 228. Thomas Pimentel, 24, was cited and released for hit-and-run. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.
6:58 p.m. – Group illegally camped on BLM land near milepost 13.5 on Quartzville Road. Advised to vacate the site.

1:55 a.m. – Caller reported that a female pulled on her when she went to check to see if she was OK, 28100 block of Riggs Hill Road. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief, approximate value $300, and menacing.
