1:25 a.m. – Male told to depart from Army Corps of Engineers land, 43900 block of North River Drive.
5:13 a.m. – Marick Allen Tyree Best, 21, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of harassment, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
9:29 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 55, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, Safeway, 1540 Main St.
11:03 a.m. – Cameron Michael Wark, 23, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Sweet Home Police Department.
12:30 p.m. – Lebanon police took report for attempted vehicular theft of a jeep that had children in it in Lebanon. Alex Levitsky, 38, of Sweet Home, was taken into custody and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and third-degree criminal mischief. According to Lebanon Police log, he urinated all over the jail cell floor. Bail set at $100,000.
2:32 p.m. – Sabrina White, 25, cited for speeding, 85/55, 28400 block Hwy. 20.
3:18 p.m. – Cassandra Rose Banta, 18, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1600 block of 12th Ave.
4:46 p.m. – Sheriff’s mountain deputies responded to the 48700 block of Quartzville Rd., where they rescued a vehicle stuck in snow on BLM land.
8:01 p.m. – Bethany Palfrey, 34, was cited for speeding 60/35, 40th Ave./Main St.
9:55 p.m. – Keegan Fox, 20, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, 15th Ave./Main St. Cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol and for failure to obey a traffic control device and reckless driving.

4:42 a.m. – Wesley Hirons, 55, of Gates, was cited for speeding, 53/35, 4200 block Main St.
3:58 p.m. – Joshua Wayne Welch, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of giving false information to the police, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

12:45 p.m. – Jordan Scott Carter, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

4:22 p.m. – Bryanna Sue Harley, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.
4:54 p.m. – Caller reported she was locked behind a Cascade Timber gate on South Bank Road. She and companion were let out by deputy and warned for trespassing, for not adhering to the signs posted on the gate.

12:39 a.m. – Joseph William Farmer, 27, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.
3:48 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle that ran into a sign and drove up onto a curb, 1400 block of Long St. Darrin Black, 59, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants and on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.
6:35 p.m. – Melissa Cruickshank, 21, was cited for having no valid driver’s license and driving uninsured, 1540 Main St.
11:40 p.m. – William David France was cited for driving uninsured, 1800 block of Main St.
June 18
2:59 p.m. – Two males with a pop-up trailer were warned for illegal camping, 44700 block of Hwy. 20.
4:08 p.m. – Caller reported multiple neighbors setting off fireworks the previous night, 39000 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Expressed concerns about it becoming an ongoing issue, fire danger. Sheriff’s Office to provide extra patrol when possible.
6:41 p.m. – Caller reported involvement in a noninjury motor vehicle crash, 1540 Main St. Report taken; damage over $2,500. Further details unavailable.
10:51 p.m. – Alcohol-fueled physical altercation reported at wedding, 500 block 43rd Ave. According to Sheriff’s Office, family from North Dakota was in town for cousin’s wedding. Everyone, according to LCSO, was “highly intoxicated.” Physical fight erupted with unknown male, punches were thrown and fat lips resulted. Attendees were “intoxicated and not helpful with the investigation.” Investigation ongoing.
