3:03 a.m. – Thomas Mann, 35, of Sweet Home, was cited and released on warrant, Ridgeway Road/Shady Lane. Report taken.
7:18 a.m. – Patrick James Mallory, 29, was cited and released for third-degree theft, Thriftway, 621 Main St.
8:53 a.m. – Ladonna Gayle Bales, 46, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Cottage Grove.
10:23 a.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 32, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of criminal driving and third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
11:59 a.m. – Multiple callers reported a male walking onto private properties and acting strangely, 1300 block of Clark Mill Road. Patrick James Mallory, 29, was arrested for resisting arrest and assault on a public safety officer.
1:33 p.m. – Caller reported a gas theft, 250 block of Main St. Report taken for third-degree theft.
3:23 p.m. – Kyler Jesstin Adrian King, 23, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for unlawful possession of a destructive device and a U.S. Marine Corps warrant for unauthorized absence, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.
3:34 p.m. – Deputy located subjects in an illegal camp in the vicinity of Foster Dam, 42600 block of North River Drive. Contacted them and told them to vacate the area.
8:07 p.m. – Caller reported that a female took her pain medication from her home while she was there, 1520 block of 53rd Ave. Report taken for third-degree theft. Value: $50.
June 21
4:07 a.m. – Ember Ann McAlpin, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.
9:25 a.m. – Caller reported cattle sick and dying in the 25000 block of West Brush Creek Road. Deputy contacted the owner, who said the cattle were purchased from auction in very poor condition and that, even after medical attention, one cow did not recover and died. No crimes.
12:28 p.m. – Male with mental health issues reported that someone had taken over his phone because it quit working. Deputy assisted with a simple restart, which solved the issue. 28400 block of Liberty Road.
12:55 p.m. – Mark Workman, 18, of Lebanon, was cited for speeding, 69/35, in a construction zone, Hwy. 20/46th Ave. Bail set at $875.
2:20 p.m. – Lydia Charlene Miller, 58, was cited and released for third-degree theft, Thriftway, 621 Main St.
3:14 p.m. – Deputy spoke with a visitor who had dogs running off-leash at Lewis Creek Park, 44400 North River Drive. Explained that park rules required dogs to be on leash. Guided owner to dog park at Sunnyside.
6:59 p.m. – Truck reported stolen from 42600 block of North River Drive. Further details unavailable. Report taken.
June 22
9:28 a.m. – Jasmin Lynelle Diaz, 46, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
10:36 a.m. – Caller reported a home break-in that resulted in the theft of some guns, 1260 block of 49th Ave. Report taken for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft.
6:19 p.m. – Caller reported that his shed door was broken down, 28500 block of Hwy. 20. Report taken.
9:25 p.m. – Tremayne Williams, 47, was cited for no driver’s license, 15th Avenue/Main Street.
11:29 p.m. – Robert Lee Edblom was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree robbery, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft; failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief; and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 4900 block of Larch Court.

9:05 a.m. – Charles Lewis Fleshman, 40, was arrested for restraining order violation, 44th Ave./Osage St.
2:20 p.m. – Anthony Wade Holded, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St. Lebanon Police Department.
2:48 p.m. – Claudia Diane Hudson, 26, was arrested for resisting arrest and aggravated harassment, 621 Main St. Thriftway.
6:09 p.m. – Caller reported catalytic converter stolen from vehicle parked at boat ramp, 47300 block of Quartzville Road. Value: approximately $600. Report taken.

2:59 a.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 59, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, 1950 Main St. Linn County Jail.
4:28 a.m. – Obed Pizarro, 35, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, and on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, 45th Ave./Main St.
1:15 p.m. – Alaina Carrick, 41, was cited for driving uninsured, failure to carry proof of insurance and failure to register, Murphy Mill.
3:47 p.m. – Through an interpreter, a caller reported that her sister had choked her and was now blocking the doorway, 300 block of W. Holley Rd. Kellie Ann Hesson, 55, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of harassment and second-degree trespass X2 and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of attempting to assault a police officer.
5:37 p.m. – Travis Carlyon Crousser-Etzel, 21, was cited for speeding 50/35, 2400 Main St.
6:36 p.m. – Richard Lee Curtis II, 52, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 9th Ave./Main St.
6:55 p.m. – Caller witnessed a boy torturing a cat, 1500 block of Tamarack St. The caller took possession of the cat and didn’t know if it was injured. She knew, however, where the boy lived and requested that an officer meet her at the entrance. Sebastian Tasi Alo, 18, was cited and released for animal abandonment.
7:13 p.m. – Hailey Elizabeth Savedra, 18, was cited for speeding 53/35, 3200 block of Main St.
7:56 p.m. – Caller reported a 1996 four-door, green and black Honda Civic stolen from North River Drive between Gedney and Lewis creeks. Report taken.
June 25
2:52 p.m. – Nine vehicles were cited for parking at a second bridge in the 44700 block of Quartzville Road in a posted no-parking area. Six additional vehicles were instructed by a deputy to move along as citations were being issued. They chose to follow directions.
3:29 p.m. – A male reported being scammed out of $217.82. 40100 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Report taken.
6:02 p.m. – A caller reported being scammed out of $100 via phone app. 1000 block of Turbyne Road. Report taken.
7:52 p.m. – Deputies and Sweet Home Police responded to a fight at Sunnyside Park, 44900 block of Quartzville Road. By the time deputies arrived, the involved parties had separated. No one wished to pursue the matter.
June 26
8:55 a.m. – Caller reported tools stolen from a residence in the 28400 block of Pleasant Valley Road. Valued at $1,250. Investigation ongoing.
9:06 a.m. – Caller reported that vehicles were entered and items were taken, 1700 block of Grape Ct. Report taken for second-degree theft.
1:33 p.m – Caller reported cars parked in trailer-only parking at Calkins boat ramp. Four citations were written, Five vehicle owners returned as a deputy wrote citations and they were warned. 44500 block Quartzville Road.
2:27 p.m. – Daniel Joseph Carrico, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of seeking punitive sanctions, Oregon State Police.
3:52 p.m. – Multiple parking citations were written between in-bridges area, 44600, 44700 blocks of Quartzville Road.
4:16 p.m. – Boat crash reported at Calkins boat ramp, 44500 block of Quartzville Road. Report taken.
5:13 p.m. – Vincent Lee Holt Jr., 51, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Oregon State Police.
5:32 p.m. – Male found in the woods. 48100 block of Cascadia Drive, Cascadia.
8:16 p.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 46, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Sankey Park.
8:34 p.m. – Caller reported a male attempting to pay for $100 worth of gas with suspected fraud on his card, 1800 block of Main St. Charles James Marvel, 20, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft. Luke Kenneth Dale Bueher, 38, cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for contempt/punitive, and failure to appear on original charges of a criminal citation X2 and a second degree original charge X4.
11:04 p.m. – Two callers reported that a male broke into the house at location and assaulted the caller and others in the home, 1100 block of Spruce St. Zacherie Todd Pickle, 18, was arrested for fourth-degree assault.
11:13 p.m. – Caller reported that a male threw things on him at 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St. Report taken for harassment and second-degree criminal mischief.
