March 6
1:24 a.m. – Natasha Sue Funk, 44, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.
2:24 a.m. – Caller reported a suspicious vehicle at Holley Market after hours, 40100 block of Hwy. 228. Deputies responded and told the individuals they needed to leave.
12:51 p.m. – Caller reported a stolen phone, 1700 block of Fir St.
5:39 p.m. – Caller reported a residential burglary in the 28500 block of Liberty Road. Report taken.
8:21 p.m. – Shelly Wagner, 40, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 1700 block of Main St.
8:29 p.m. – Michael Richards, 64, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, 28000 block Hwy. 20.
8:44 p.m. – Anthony Johnson, 21, of Sweet Home, was arrested for multiple warrants, cited and released on two Albany Municipal Court warrants following a report of a disturbance in the 25100 block of Brush Creek Road. Report taken.
March 7
8 a.m. – Sterling Daniel Sherburn, 23, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Lebanon.
6:39 p.m. – Deputy was contacted by a resident in the 27600 block of Liberty Road about a suspicious vehicle in the area. Deputy located the vehicle a few minutes later near the intersection of Liberty and Fern Ridge roads. Its operator was having equipment lighting issues. The vehicle was to be removed by morning. Another caller reported the vehicle at 9:58 p.m.
7:57 p.m. – Caller requested extra Sheriff’s Office patrols due to recent thefts in the area, 27500 block of Riggs Hill Road. Deputies advised.
9:52 p.m. – Caller reported an adult son’s father with a gun threatening to kill him during an argument inside a residence, 440 block of Juniper St. Justin James Patton, 24, was arrested for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
March 8
2:28 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a grandson’s motorcycle within a two-hour period, 28000 block of Riggs Hill Road.
8:58 a.m. – Alexis Morgan Bowers, 22, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree trespass and failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.
9:57 a.m. – Frank Vincent Nelson, 36, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for theft of service, 1950 Main St.
11:13 a.m. – Multiple callers reported a suspicious-looking male with possibly stolen packages. The first caller reported capturing, on video, a man stealing a package from her porch, 900 block of 4th Ave. Another reported a male walking past her residence with two packages. A third reported a male crossing a street with two Amazon Prime packages. Cameron Michael Wark, 33, was cited and released for third-degree theft.
11:56 a.m. – Deputy investigated “skinny horses” in the 28700 block of Liberty Road. Investigation ongoing.
12:26 p.m. – Chance Daniel Holley, 23, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of heroin, Thriftway, 621 Main St. Also arrested for possession of fentanyl and possession of meth.
1:50 p.m. – Caller reported identity theft, 2200 block of Main St.
3:58 p.m. – Willa Raie Harris, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Linn County Jail.
9:31 p.m. – Caller reported a customer damaging pavement with a large rock, 8050 block of Long St. Report taken for noninjury motor vehicle crash, damage over $2,500.
March 9
9:56 a.m. – Caller reported a male refusing to return a loaner vehicle while his own was being repaired, All Star Auto Repair, 1801 Main St.
10:36 a.m. – Caller reported having issues while sleeping and a stolen phone, 1100 block of 27th Ave.
11:32 a.m. – Caller reported having video of an earlier theft, Hoy’s Hardware, 3041 Main St. Officer responded, contacted a female and trespassed her from the location. The property returned.
11:52 a.m. – Steven Myers, age unavailable, arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after a deputy responded to a report of trespasser in the 42400 block of North River Drive, and spotted a 2021 Sonic camping trailer that had been reported as stolen.
2:17 p.m. – David Justin Laylon, 53, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree attempted burglary, Lebanon Police Department.
4:40 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 56, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, Thriftway, 621 Main St.
8:36 p.m. – William Keeney, 22, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, failure to renew vehicle registration following non-injury crash in 26900 block Old Holley Rd. Report taken.
March 10
1:37 a.m. – Johnny Stone, 30, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of initiating a false report, 18th Ave./Long St.
7:54 a.m. – Deputies recovered a stolen vehicle in the 41700 block of Marks Ridge Drive Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
9:36 a.m. – Deputy contacted a driver in a vehicle parked in the 42000 block of Marks Ridge Drive. The driver was informed that no sleeping in vehicles was allowed.
11:45 a.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 59, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
5:10 p.m. – Deputy responded to the area of Old Holley Road/Hwy. 228 to dispatch deer that had been struck by a vehicle. However, the deer apparently had other plans and ran off.
7:55 p.m. – Stanley Casey Blank was cited for driving uninsured, Main St./Clark Mill Road.
11:48 p.m. – Kellie Ann Hesson, 56, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree criminal trespass and on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest, 300 block of W. Holley Road.
March 11
12:29 a.m. – Andrew James Freitag, 22, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Albany Police Department.
7:50 a.m. – Taylor Ray Plummer, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal conspiracy, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
9:05 a.m. – Caller reported break-ins in her and her boyfriend’s vehicles, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Items were stolen only from the latter. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Approximate loss of value: $150.
10:05 a.m. – Residential burglary reported in 40600 block Hwy. 228. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
4:35 p.m. – Caller reported a motor vehicle crash, 100 block of 8th Ave. Stewart Curtis, 21, was cited for driving with a suspended license. He walked his motorcycle back to his residence, then sought medical treatment. Damage to motorcycle: less than $2,500.
5:46 p.m. – Dollar General manager reported a hole in a recently repaired fence, 1937 Main St. Value of damage: $100. Investigation ongoing.
6:08 p.m. – Wesley Lawrence Vara, 30, was arrested on a Columbia County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of contempt of court X2, 1300 block of 43rd Ave.
March 12
12:14 a.m. – Theresa Christine Alberts, 34, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation, 18th Ave. near Sweet Home High School.
10:15 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle license plate stolen from the 40100 block of Mountain Home Drive. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
10:29 a.m. – Sweet Home High School forestry and natural resources teacher Blake Manley, 41, reported a building break-in the previous evening, Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St. He reported his computer and some chainsaws as missing. Report taken for second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. Approximate loss of value: $6,000.
4:04 p.m. – Caller reported a disturbance involving her husband arguing with her and her adult child, 1800 block of Yucca St. Matthew Allen Galen Pence, 40, was arrested on a Coos County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
7:28 p.m. – Melissa Jill Whitmore, 34, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 4100 block of Main St.
8:10 p.m. – Jeffery Rowe, 53, of Sweet Home, arrested on outstanding Linn County Circuit Court warrant, transported to Linn County Jail, following report of domestic disturbance in 800 block 43rd Ave. Report taken.
9:56 p.m. – Jordan Nicole Swanson, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of fraudulent use of a credit card, Lebanon Police Department.
