Nov. 28

1:09 a.m. – Caller reported a customer claiming that someone had stolen and cashed in lottery tickets, 1200 block of Long St. Loss of value: $120.

5:10 a.m. – Caller reported a truck repeatedly parking in front of her house, 600 block of Oak Terrace. An officer responded and contacted a male who was parked legally and sleeping in his vehicle. Daniel Joseph Ledgerwood II, 29, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

5:45 a.m. – Levi Joe Newberg, 31, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft and criminal mischief, Albany Police Department.

6:23 a.m. – Caller reported a break-in and display-case damage in the 160 block of Main St. Report taken for second-degree burglary.

7:31 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a light, 6100 block of Main St. Report taken for third-degree theft. Approximate value: $50.

9:24 a.m. – Issac Booker Justham, 23, was cited and released for third-degree theft, 6100 block of Main St.

11:34 a.m. – Deputy located a motorhome on Cascade Timber Consulting property, 47600 block of Quartzville Road. Told to move along and provided with recommendations regarding legal camping sites.

1:01 p.m. – An adult male was reportedly trespassed at a business in the 28600 block of Hwy. 20. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

8:29 p.m. – Stolen vehicle recovered in the 28000 block of Fern Ridge Road.

10:13 p.m. – Courtney Allen, 33, of Cascadia, was arrested for improper use of an emergency communication system after the Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple 911 hangups in the 49200 block of Hwy. 20, Cascadia. Allen was transported to Linn County Jail. Report taken.

10:34 p.m. – Caller reported that a green van pulled into the Bi-Mart parking lot and took some Christmas wreaths, 1980 Main St. Report taken for third-degree theft. Approximate value: $40.

Nov. 29

11:29 a.m. – Bryanna Sue Harley, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

11:47 a.m. – Cody Bowman, age unavailable, of Sweet Home, was cited for failure to purchase dog license, 900 block of 6th Ave.

2:51 p.m. – Steven Lee Ballweber, 33, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to perform the duties of a driver, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

11:21 p.m. – Suzanna Marie Dahlstedt, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State Police.

Nov. 30

5:51 a.m. – Caller reported a female vandalizing her vehicle, Airport Road. Report taken for third-degree criminal mischief.

7:30 a.m. – Felisia Krystal Kay Pecue, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving with a suspended license, and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for possession of heroin/failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X4, criminal driving/driving under the influence of intoxicants/possession of heroin, possession of meth/failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation, and first-degree animal neglect/ failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X5, 900 block of Elm St.

12:20 p.m. – Randolph Boies, 40, of Sweet Home, was cited for a traffic violation, Hwy. 20/Sun Lane.

12:25 p.m. – Caller reported a customer refusing to check out of a hotel room and acting hostile toward employees, 800 block of Long St. Officer contacted and trespassed three people from the location. Roberta Lee Griffiths was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft.

4:16 p.m. – Deston Lee McQuiston, 24, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St. Arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of unsafe operation of a boat and a supervisory authority warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.

5:47 p.m. – Caller reported tools stolen from an RV he rented, 45700 block of Hwy. 20. Report taken.

7:17 p.m. – Caller reported wanting to trespass a rude customer, who did leave when asked, 1200 block of Long St. Terry Lynn Ballweber, 58, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft.

9 p.m. – Robert Lee Edblom, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.

Dec. 1

7:35 a.m. – Emily Rashell Bogan, 19, was cited for driving with a suspended license, parking lot, Ma’s Restaurant, 4219 Hwy. 20.

7:53 a.m. – Caller reported a smashed-in work-truck windshield, 200 block of 10th Ave. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.

1:11 p.m. – Caller reported a female stealing items from Bi-Mart, 1980 Main St. Information noted about theft. Value of $180.

3:57 p.m. – Julia Frances Adderly, 44, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1200 block of 4th Ave.

6:07 p.m. – Caller reported a motor vehicle crash with possible injuries in the 400 block of Holley Road. Report taken for motor vehicle crash. One driver was transported by medics. Damage: more than $2,500. Jennifer Carmen Reynolds, 38, was cited for failure to yield right of way.

6:24 p.m. – Caller reported someone making fraudulent charges on her account, 900 block of 27th Ave. Report taken for first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

10:32 p.m. – Caller reported someone stealing her dog, phone and medicine while she slept, 1100 block of 12th Ave. Report taken for first-degree theft.

Dec. 2

2:55 a.m. – Shelby Keith Brigham, 56, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of failure to report as a sex offender, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

3:56 p.m. – Deputies responded to a situation in the 47300 block of Hwy. 20 involving a child who got off a school bus and found no parents at home. The parents had made arrangements for an adult to be present to retrieve the child, but it had fallen through without their knowledge as they picked up their other children from school. No further action.

4:15 p.m. – Joseph William Farmer, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lincoln City Police Department.

8:16 p.m. – A motor-vehicle crash was reported in the 25600 block of Brush Creek Road. Male operator transported to hospital. Further details unavailable. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

Dec. 3

5:17 p.m. – Michael James Burkhart, 40, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

5:18 p.m. – Alexander Goviyadinov, 66, of Corvallis, was cited for careless driving, 55600 block of Hwy. 20, Cascadia.

6:30 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a road rage incident, 1600 block of Long St. Investigation continuing for second-degree criminal mischief.

Dec. 4

1:36 a.m. – Bradley Bowman, 26, of Albany, was cited for driving while suspended, 28900 block of Hwy. 20.

10:55 a.m. – Caller to police department reported someone butchering a poached deer, 4200 block of Main St. Information reported to Oregon State Police.

2:22 p.m. – Caller reported her son repeatedly threatening to harm her, 1200 block of 46th Court. The male had also allegedly pushed her. Dustin Lee Goodspeed, 38, was arrested for domestic violence menacing.

6:16 p.m. – Leonard John Finnell, 20, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for initiating a false report, Oregon State Police.

10:50 p.m. – Deputies responded to an alcohol-fueled verbal dispute in the 27000 block of Rowell Hill Road. The parties were separated for the night.

11:18 p.m. – Caller reported a statue theft from outside of her room, 3000 block of Main St. Report taken for third-degree theft. Approximate value: $75.
