Rachel Leeann Adams, 29, was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII with a .17% BAC.
Nicholas Alan Nelson, 44, was charged Oct. 13 with DUII, driving while suspended and failure to install an IID.
Julie Anne North, 44, was charged Oct. 13 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Charges of two counts of failure to report as a sex offender against Trevor Charles Ray, 31, were dismissed.
James Matthew Reynolds, 38, was sentenced Oct. 9 to 13 days jail and 24 months supervised probation based on a plea of guilty to domestic violence strangulation. A harassment charge was dismissed.
Justin Joseph Rhoads, 33, was charged Oct. 10 with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief for allegations of damaging a door and/or toilet at La Mota.
Wayde Leland Savolt, 24, was sentenced Oct. 13 to six days jail, 24 months supervised probation and a $100 fine based on a guilty plea to domestic violence strangulation.
Kenneth Todd Smalley, 43, was charged Oct. 13 with DUII and refusal to take a test for intoxicants.

1:36 p.m – Dezirae Mackenzie Kimble, 22, was cited for violation of the basic rule and failure to maintain lanes.
1:45 p.m – Caller reported a tire being slashed on a vehicle located on National Forest land. Report taken, valued loss $240. 27300 block of Moose Creek Ln and Hwy 20, Cascadia.
2:40 p.m – Andrew James Freitag, 22, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for criminal mischief.
8:08 p.m – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 60, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for criminal driving. Cited and released.
Oct. 10
8:32 a.m – David James Dimmick, 66, of Crawfordsville, was arrested for an undisclosed warrant.
12:10 p.m – Carlos Bajonero, 33, and Ricardo Bajonero, 26, of Newberg, were cited for unlawfully cutting forest products in the Willamette National Forest.
5:22 p.m – Caller reports motor vehicle collision. Report taken, valued damage over $2,500.
7:29 p.m – Bobby Raymound Helms Jr, 38, was arrested for hit and run. Booked, cited and released.

12:11 p.m – Benjamin P Hyatt, 44, was arrested by Lebanon PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree trespass.
2:57 p.m – Caller reported vehicle being struck in parking lot. Report taken, valued damage less than $2,500.
Oct. 12
1:09 a.m – Catherine Jean Hampton, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for fraudulent use of a credit card, and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for contempt of court. Hampton was also cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
7:23 a.m – Kyle Zane Overson, 28, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and failure to install ignition interlock device.
8:55 a.m – Taylor Hiner, 18, was arrested for possession of controlled substances, psilocybin, cocaine, marijuana oil, and mdma. Transported and booked to Linn County Jail.
2:42 p.m – Matthew Allen Pitts, 35, was arrested by Albany PD on multiple Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft, and failure to appear on original charges for second degree criminal trespass, menacing, and two charges of third degree theft.
5:07 p.m – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 47, was cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree trespass.

12:01 p.m – Caller reported $1,200 was stolen from his bank account, report taken for first degree forgery, identity theft, and theft in the first degree.
12:40 p.m – John Lee Goodell, 60, was arrested for hit and run. Booked, cited, released.

2:01 a.m – Robbie Ray Kennedy, 40, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.
2:16 a.m – Chelsie Leann Baxter, 34, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for offensive littering and third degree theft.

1:20 a.m – Cassidy Leigh Sullivan, 31, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft.
2:20 a.m – Lisa Dawn Johnston, 48, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second degree theft. Booked, cited, released.
10:44 a.m – Matthew Michael Walsh, 33, was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges for second degree theft.
