Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Noah David Colgrove, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Isaac Booker Justham, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Athena Lacie Noble, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Steven Edward Robinson, Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi and Corey Alan Smith.

Timothy Ray Geil, 62, was charged Jan. 18 with DUII, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and fourth-degree assault.

Justen Matthew Glynn, 32, was charged Jan. 23 with failure to report as a sex offender.

Athena Lacie Noble, 38, was charged Jan. 18 with identity theft.

Rhonda Sparks, 37, was sentenced Jan. 17 to one year revocation of a driver’s license, 24 months supervised probation, 20 days jail based on a no contest plea to charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and failure to appear. Charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed.

Jan. 23

3:57 a.m. – Andy Dominguez, 21, cited and released for domestic violence harassment, Ashbrook Park.

8:59 a.m. – Caller reports male is chasing after female in parking lot, 2000 Main St. Female threw hot coffee on male and they are fighting over a backpack. Officer responded, verbal disturbance between the two. They are separated and will remain that way. Allen Dale Ensley, 33, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree theft.

12:11 p.m. – Caller reports someone broke into their house last night, 5601 Nandina St. Report taken for second-degree burglary and first-degree theft, approximate value $450.

12:26 p.m. – Peter Robert Piazza, 38, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree animal neglect, Albany Police Department.

12:53 p.m. – Deputy educated people camping in motor home on area rules for camping, 1800 CraneAccess Road at Foster Dam.

1:31 p.m. – Caller reports her ex-significant other took her children from the state of Nevada and brought them back to Oregon without her permission and now he is not giving her her daughter, 559 Mountain View Rd. Report taken for second-degree custodial interference.

5:59 p.m. – Clarence David Vogel, 21, cited and released for third-degree theft, 1400 Nandina St.

Jan. 24

2:42 a.m. – Vehicle went into private residence. Further Information not avaialble. 28800 Hwy. 20.

7:33 a.m. – Caller reports his wallet was stolen, 1990 Long St. Report taken for third-degree theft.

9:09 a.m. – Vincent Lee Holt Jr., 51, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Lebanon Police Department.

9:51 a.m. – Deputy accompanied Cascade Timber Consulting security on check of abandoned residence located beyond CTC easement in 45600 block Sunnyside Rd. Property was clear; no transients located.

11:53 a.m. – Caller reports her cousin was attacked by a dog a few days ago and ended up in the hospital, 1285 46th Ave. Caller stated this is the fifth time this dog has attacked someone.

4:13 p.m. – Caller reports that his girlfriend used his debit card for unauthorized purchases, he would also like to report a theft that occurred at the same location, 1198 38th Ave. Report taken for second-degree theft, approximate value $319.

4:54 p.m. – Machael Ray Jensen, 42, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief, 1100 block of 13th Ave. Cited and released on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of contempt.

Jan. 25

2:13 a.m. – Deputies contacted male parked in area that does not allow overnight camping in 43900 block North River Dr. He was informed of the rules and asked to leave.

2:24 a.m. – Deputies contacted female parked at North River Dr./Foster Dam Rd. Informed her that overnight parking is not allowed at that location and asked her to leave.

12:07 p.m. – Caller reports someone hit his vehicle, 1311 Quince St.

12:19 p.m. – Lawrence Lee Jones, 25, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Jail.

12:55 p.m. – Scott David Citro, 47, cited and released for offensive littering, 1600 block of 18th Ave.

1:06 p.m. – Caller reports his radiator was stolen out of his yard, 935 Elm St. Report taken for third-degree theft, approximate value $65.

3:27 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office investigated abandoned vehicle in 23500 block Brush Creek Rd. Vehicle had been dumped on timber property. Efforts to track down last owners unsuccessful.

4:00 p.m. – Caller reports his bag was stolen, 1203 Long St. Report taken for second-degree theft, loss of value $500.

4:57 p.m. – Caller reports fraudulent charges on credit card, 805 Long St. Report taken, loss of value $400.

5:06 p.m. – Caller reports package was stolen, 624 17th Ave. 3. Report taken for second-degree theft, value $350.

9:08 p.m. – Joshua Martin Hughes, 20, cited for driving with a suspended license, Thriftway. Cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of reckless driving, a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, and an Albany Municipal Cite and Release warrant for carrying a concealed weapon.

Jan. 26

2:51 a.m. – Benjamin Reuben Pannier, 39, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Albany Police Department.

8:42 a.m. – Christopher William Jurica, 28, cited for expired registration, 1300 block Long St.

9:23 a.m. – Austin Yoder, 27, cited for speeding 54/35.

9:52 a.m. – Sterling Daniel Sherburn, 22, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

10:51 a.m. – Bryce Taylor Keenon, 26, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for giving false information to a police officer, Oregon State Police.

11:05 a.m. – Samantha Leann Stotz, 31, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St.

12:25 p.m. – Caller reports 13 to 15 gallons of gas were siphoned from a U-Haul sometime last night, 4310 Main St. Report taken for second-degree theft.

2:34 p.m. – Caller reports female hit a car and drove off, 621 Main St. Report taken for hit and run.

3:22 p.m. – Andrew James Freitag, 22, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 27

2:06 a.m. – Officer located gas can and siphon hose, 4310 Main St. Report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and third-degree theft.

8:12 a.m. – Single-vehicle non-injury crash reported in 28400 block Pleasant Valley Rd. Further information not available. Report taken.

8:59 a.m. – Caller reports fuel was stolen, gas can was taken, 4310 Main St. Officer responded, gas can was seized by officer.

5:21 p.m. – Caller reports male is “acting a fool” and tried to pull him out of the building as he was trying to keep him from walking inside, 1200 12th Ave. Another caller reports male is refusing to leave and is being belligerent. Kenneth Daniel Helfrich, 41, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

5:27 p.m. – Caller reports someone entered his motor home through a window, 1600 block 18th Ave. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief and attempted unauthorized entry into motor vehicle.

Jan. 28

1:58 a.m. – Ashley Bowers, 26, of Sweet Home, cited and released on warrant, cited for driving while suspended, 1200 block 43rd Ave. Report taken.

3:46 a.m. – Andrew Mark Parker, 35, arrested for second-degree burglary, 1306 Main St.

8:14 a.m. – Alexis Morgan Bowers, 22, arrested for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

12:01 p.m. – Caller reports a hit and run, 13th Avenue/Long Street. Report taken for hit and run, approximate damage less than $2,500.

1:53 p.m. – Michael John Harcrow, 60, cited for giving liquor to a minor, 621 Main St.

1:55 p.m. – Caller reports his boat was vandalized and some items were stolen, 1415 Poplar St. Report taken for second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, and first-degree theft, approximate value $5,000.

6:05 p.m. – Caller reports a car crashed into her fence, then backed into the neighbor’s fence, 130 W. Holley Rd. Last seen headed westbound on West Holley Road. Report taken, approximate damage $500.

7:29 p.m. – Caller reports male who has been trespassed is back at 300 W. Holley Rd. Marcus Wesley Hesson, 51, cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

9:39 p.m. – Bryanah Paige Tranilla, 29, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State Police.

9:52 p.m. – Bader Mohammed, 20, of Corvallis, cited for speeding (11-20 over), Highway 20/Fairview Rd.

Jan. 29

1:24 a.m. – Franklin Luster Cutbirth, 41, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

1:53 a.m. – Thomas Ray Pimentel, 25, cited and released for fraudulent use of credit card and second-degree theft, 1200 block Main St.

2:38 p.m. – Heather Fagan, 32, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrants out of Linn County Circuit Court, Sweet Home Municipal Court and Lebanon Municipal Court. 28000 block Fern Ridge Rd. Report taken.

2:48 p.m. – Heather Renae Fagan, 32, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of giving false information to police, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

3:37 p.m. – Caller reported possible vehicle burglary in 41400 block McQueen Dr. Caller said nothing appeared to be missing from truck, but a five-gallon gas can was missing from property. Caller said incident would have happened between May of 2022 and the previous day.

9:09 p.m. – Bobby Thornbrough, 30, cited for failure to carry insurance, 4300 block Main St.

10:27 p.m. – Caller reports hearing a male yelling from the bed of a pickup truck while the driver left area driving erratically, 1800 block Tamarack St. Chelsie Leann Baxter, 33, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation.

11:01 p.m. – Amanda Marie McDowell, 28, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving and failure to appear on an original charge of providing false information to a police officer. Arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for driving under the influence of intoxicants/meth possession, meth possession/failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X6/failure to appear on an original second-degree charge, and failure to appear on an original criminal citation X2/failure to appear on a second-degree charge. Arrested on Clackamas County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of delivery of heroin, 1st Avenue/Highway 228.
