Rhys Allan Cyrus, 43, was charged Jan. 17 with DUII, recklessly endangering another person and fourth-degree assault.
Dylan Jaymes Johnston, 31, was charged Jan. 17 with failure to report as a sex offender. Security was set at $3,000.
Randy James Scott, 57, was sentenced Jan. 5 to 70 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 36 months post-prison supervision and $600 in fines based on a plea of no contest to second-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree theft.
The case against James Brian Tidwell, 64, for charges of identity theft (three counts), second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and first-degree theft was dismissed.

9:00 a.m. – Caller reports non-injury motor vehicle crash at 2000 Main St. Report taken, damager over $2,500.
11:15 a.m. – Benjamin Philip Hyatt, 43, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
2:37 p.m. – Caller reports items from house remodel stolen, 2455 Long St. Report taken for second degree burglary and first degree theft, value $1,603.
3:10 p.m. – Timothy Dean James Morgan, 21, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of animal abandonment, 1950 Main St.
3:44 p.m. – Deputy took report of criminal trespass and criminal mischief, 48400 block Hwy. 20, Cascadia. According to Sheriff’s Office, family member from out of the area “that might have ownership rights to the property” came onto property and damaged some signs. Deputies are investigating the situation and working to identify who the owners of the property are. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
4:06 p.m. – Caller complained about dog on the loose in 1000 block North River Dr. Sheriff’s Office advised caller to take a photo of dog next time it is out.
6:01 p.m. – Caller requests female be escorted off the property and trespassed, 1450 24th Ave. Jessica Marie Jones, 40, cited and released for second degree criminal trespass.
6:19 p.m. – Caller reports she got a note in her mailbox that said “I found you and I will kill you,” 4610 Main St. 5. Officer responded, seized note for evidence, unknown who left it. Information noted.
9:29 p.m. – Caller reports female is in the store yelling at people, 1540 Main St. Jessica Marie Jones, 40, cited and released for second degree criminal trespass.

8:24 a.m. – Caller reports female who was trespassed last night is back at 2000 Main St. Jessica Marie Jones, 40, cited and released for second degree criminal trespass.
9:28 a.m. – Deputy took report of stolen packages from porch, 40100 block Hwy. 228.
12:18 p.m. – Brittany Chyann Kemper cited for failure to register vehicle, 4300 block Main St.
12:39 p.m. – Camera footage shows subject committing a theft on Sunday, Sweet Home Choppers 4691 Main St. Caller would like this person trespassed if possible.
5:27 p.m. – Otis Joseph Lozinto IV arrested for hit and run and cited for careless driving and driving uninsured, 1950 Main St.
5:29 p.m. – Lloyd Patten, 56, of Sweet Home, cited for warrants out of Albany and Linn County courts, arrested for possession of weapons by felon and carrying concealed weapons. Lodged in Linn County Jail. Crystal Woodward, 39, of Sweet Home, cited for Albany and Benton County warrants. Lodged at Benton County Jail. 43000 block North River Dr. Report taken.
10:09 p.m. – Multiple callers report physical disturbance in parking lot, 1520 Main St. Brent Anthony Prather, 34, cited and released for second degree disorderly conduct.

8:29 a.m. – Caller reports non-injury motor vehicle crash, Main Street and 23rd Avenue. Christopher James Ames cited for driving uninsured and having no valid driver’s license.
12:50 p.m. – Joshua Wayne Welch, 34, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of giving false information to a police officer, 5326 Main St.
2:36 p.m. – Caller reports theft at Thriftway, approximate loss of value $55.
4:13 p.m. – Deputies responded to non-injury crash in 42300 block North River Dr. Driver gone on their arrival. Vehicle towed as hazard. Report taken.
4:16 p.m. – Caller reports male at Key Bank, 1199 10th Ave., states someone is threatening him and they are waiting outside location to have male give them his money. Jonathan Warren Underwood, 29, cited and released for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree disorderly conduct.
9:22 p.m. – Leonard John Finnell, 20, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of initiating a false report, Lebanon Police Department.
9:22 p.m. – John Pablo Scott, 32, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree escape, Albany Police Department.

2:04 a.m. – Thomas McCarthey, 59, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended, Long/38th streets.
4:35 a.m. – Robbie Kennedy, 39, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant, 35700 block Brush Creek Rd. Report taken.
8:29 a.m. – Caller reported litter in 25700 block Brush Creek Rd. Deputy reponded and determined that debris and other items were associated with, according to Sheriff’s Office, the 4:35 a.m. Incident on Brush Creek. Information forwarded to investigating deputy.
9:48 a.m. – Levi Joe Newberg, 32, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charges of second degree theft and second degree criminal mischief, Albany Police Department.
4:47 p.m. – Aaron Clemmerer, 43, of Sweet Home, arrested and cited to appear on warrants after deputy contacted him about vehicles parked in county right-of-way, 1000 block North River Dr. Report taken.
4:52 p.m. – Caller reports her daughter assaulted her, her grandmother, and her three-year-old sister, 200 Osage St. Officer responded, contacted juvenile, she is calm now, she was having some behavioral issues, counseled the mom on some options moving forward.
5:41 p.m. – Caller reports finding drugs in a baggie, 1080 12th Ave. Property seized.
5:54 p.m. – Caller reports someone broke into his empty house, 941 13th Ave. Report taken for second degree burglary and second degree theft, approximate loss of value $130.

9:32 a.m. – Caller reported stolen Amazon packages, 27300 block Rowell Hill Rd. Report taken.
1:42 p.m. – Caller reports truck pulled lines down as it went by, 53rd Avenue/Poplar Street. Public works secured the roadway, report taken for hit and run.

2:31 a.m. – Caller reports son’s tablet was stolen, 1530 Tamarack St.
7:32 a.m. – Yoshihisa Iida, 30, cited for speeding 62/35, 4800 block Main St.
8:18 a.m. – Dianna Dee Deshazer, 43, cited for speeding and driving uninsured, 890 Main St.
9:10 a.m. – Franklin Joe Whitton, 43, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for resisting arrest and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for second degree criminal trespass, failure to appear on a second degree criminal charge, and failure to appear on a criminal citation, 1600 block Long St.
9:49 a.m. – Caller reports his saddle and rope were stolen off of his fence sometime last night, 1168 2nd Ave. Report taken for second degree theft, approximate value $100.
11:22 p.m. – Hunter Ariel Ringheimer, 29, cited on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for driving with a suspended license and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation. Also cited for driving uninsured and an unsignaled turn, 621 Main St.
Jan. 22
3:24 a.m. – Caller reports it sounds like someone is hammering something in the apartment above her, 925 Long St. D. Officer issued citation signed by caller to Lavern Durwood Bailey, 54, for violation of city ordinance-noise.
4:50 a.m. – Rebecca Charlene Fox, 26, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fraudulent use of a credit card, and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt, 1700 block Main St. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.
9:48 a.m. – Michael Evan Matthews, 37, cited for driving with suspended license and driving with no insurance, 1600 block 24th Ave.
12:13 p.m. – Caller reports someone stole their propane tanks and broke into their trailer, 4199 Main St. Report taken for second degree theft and second degree criminal mischief.
2:41 p.m. – Deputy helped with three “crashes” between Mileposts 60 and 62 on Highway 20. All were partially blocking road. Assisted ODOT with getting drivers on their way again.
4:18 p.m. – Thomas Junior McCarthey, 59, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 1200 block 47th Ave.
