Travis Alexander Ayres, 23, was sentenced June 30 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 20 days with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a no contest plea to two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude and felon in possession of a firearm. Charges of reckless driving and tampering with physical evidence were dismissed.
Christian Scott Barger, 25, was sentenced July 19 to six months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision based on a plea of no contest to third-degree robbery.
James Edward Brown, 57, was charged July 20 with second-degree assault. Bail was set at $50,000.
Brittany Chante Coughran, 34, was charged Aug. 1 with mail theft and second-degree theft.
Zachariah Lee Davis Sr., 34, was sentenced July 14 to 24 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a plea of guilty to tampering with a witness. In a separate case, charges of first-degree burglary, menacing, fourth-degree attempted assault and interference with making a report were dismissed.
Derrick James Freeman, 27, was sentenced July 17 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 30 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post-prison supervision based on a plea of guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle and felon in possession of a firearm. A criminal driving while suspended charge was dismissed.
Charmaine Chieri Hasenyager, 42, was charged July 17 with DUII and reckless driving.
Michael Eugene Meadors, 39, was sentenced July 28 to 18 months supervised probation based on guilty plea to two counts of identity theft. Other charges of identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft were dismissed.
Maitland Joseph Moore, 23, was charged July 17 with unauthorized use of a vehicle and second-degree theft.
Ashley Elizabeth Price, 30, was sentenced Aug. 4 to 19 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, three years post-prison supervision and $1,400.16 restitution based on a plea of guilty to attempt to commit a Class B felony second-degree assault constituting domestic violence.
Colton Robert Michael Rictor, 22, was sentenced July 14 to 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a no contest plea to first-degree theft. Charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary were dismissed.
Shena Kay Rosencrantz, 41, was charged July 25 with two counts of third-degree assault.
Richard Gene Stephens, 52, was acquitted on July 18 of charges of felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of first-degree aggravated animal abuse.
Kobe Joshua Tyree, 18, was charged July 20 with second-degree sexual abuse. Bail was set at $30,000.
Jonathon Warren Underwood, 29, was sentenced July 10 to 20 days jail based on a plea of guilty to failure to report as a sex offender.
Kevin Michael Watkins, 44, was sentenced Aug. 2 to permanent revocation of a driver’s license, 30 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and $2,400 in fines based on a no contest plea to criminal driving while suspended and DUII controlled substances. Charges of reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and giving false information to a police officer were dismissed.
Jekiah Irene Winnier-Aleck, 22, was charged July 28 with DUII with a .16% BAC, reckless driving and violation of a basic speed rule 90/55. On Aug. 2 he was fined $115 for the speeding charge, and was placed in the diversion program
The state on Aug. 9 approved a motion to dismiss a first-degree theft charge against Joshua Scott Dawson, 44. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 20 days jail, 24 months supervised probation and a $200 fine based on a guilty plea to fourth-degree assault. In another separate case, he was sentenced to 15 days jail and 18 months supervised probation based on a plea of guilty to first-degree theft, with a second count of first-degree theft dismissed.
Christian Aaron Morris, 22, was sentenced July 28 to 150 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 10 years post-prison supervision based on no contest plea to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old. A charge of attempt to commit a Class B felony was dismissed.
The state dismissed without prejudice on Aug. 10 a charge of second-degree assault against Garland C. Richtsmeier, 55.
Garrett Reed Stevens, 44, was charged Aug. 7 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Aug. 5
9:57:52 a.m.: A rescue operation was reported at 45400 Quartzville Rd, Foster. A female patient was being carried by Sweet Home Fire from the trail when authorities arrived. There was no need for LCSO.
11:48:30 a.m.: Marine Patrol on Foster at 43700 North River Dr issued three citations for No PFD. The citations were issued to Crystal Orr, age 36 of Myrtle Point; Lucas Bjornlund, age 25 of Independence; and Bethany Morrow, age 32 of Eugene.
1:30:33 p.m.: A suspicious vehicle was reported at 49400 Canyon Creek Rd/Hwy 20, Foster. A camper parked on the Canyon 51 line was investigated, and it was determined that the camper belonged to a contractor for another timber company who accidentally put his camper in the wrong place.
2:21:38 p.m.: A parking complaint was reported at 44500 Quartzville Rd, Foster. A vehicle was located illegally parked at the Calkins Boat Ramp in a spot designated for Law Enforcement/Emergency Vehicles Only. A citation was issued to the registered owner and posted on the vehicle.
2:34:14 p.m.: Hugh Harris, 71 of Sweet Home, was taken into custody at 26500 Old Holley Rd, Sweet Home for multiple outstanding felony warrants. Harris was also issued traffic citations for careless driving, driving uninsured, failure to register his vehicle, failure to maintain lane, driving without a driver’s license, and failure to report a crash.
4:13:04 p.m.: A marine incident occurred at 2400 Foster Dam Rd, Sweet Home. A disabled boat was towed to the ramp.
4:52:37 p.m.: Illegal camping was reported at 47700 Quartzville Rd, Foster. A male was contacted illegally camped near mile post 19 on Quartzville and was advised to pack up and move on.
5:32:58 p.m.: A Marine Deputy conducted a shore patrol at 44900 Quartzville Rd, Foster. Three passing boat inspections were conducted, and one failed boat inspection with a warning. Clayton Doyal, age 47 of Corvallis, was issued a citation for Certificate of Number Required for a Boat.
2:45:00 a.m.: A juvenile complaint was reported at 28000 Hwy 20, Sweet Home. A deputy responded to a suspicious person/trespass in progress and located a runaway 10-year-old who wanted to go back home. The juvenile was transported home.

8:29 a.m. CAMP 10 #121, Harassment: PR reports she was assaulted at the location last night. Carson, Brandi Ann, 41 years old, is in custody for harassment. Booked, cited, and released.
9:02 a.m. 1814 FIR St., Theft 1st Deg: Fishing gear was taken from PR’s boat. Approximate value: $1,200. Report taken.
9:45 a.m. 1400 Block of Long, Warrant Arrest (Other Agency): A subject at the location was yelling that they want to die in the park-like area behind RIO. Leslie Renee Maynard, 50 years old, was cited and released in the field for FTA Assault.
11:22 a.m. RR Tracks, 1100 Block, Transient Camp: Transient individuals were setting up camp between 9th & 12th.
12:13 p.m. 1100 Block of Long, Property Found: A postal employee found keys near the location. The keys were placed in property.
12:38 p.m. 1400 Block Nandina, Warrant Arrest (Other Agency): David Philip Reeder, 63 years old, was taken into custody for FTA Trespass.
2:37 p.m. 1950 Main St., Suspicious Person: A male in the parking lot was exposing himself. The subject then pulled up his pants after being contacted.
6:00 p.m. 1241 23rd Ave., Disturbance: A verbal disturbance at the location. The situation was verbal only, and parties were separated.
6:45 p.m. 925 Long St., Violation City Ord Noise: The neighbor was playing loud music. Officer responded, Bailey, Lavern Durwood, 55 years old, cited for unnecessary noise.

6:17 a.m. Main/Osage, Traffic Violation: Ethan Otto Miller, 26 years old, was cited for driving uninsured and warned for speeding.
8:04 a.m. 2204 Ironwood St., Animal Welfare Check: Two dogs were tied up all the time, and they now have muzzles on.
9:05 a.m. 2204 Ironwood, Follow Up: Michael Duwayne Franklin, 62 years old, was cited for unlawful tethering of a dog.
11:16 a.m. 2300 Main St., Ambulance Assist: A male was bleeding from the head, walking around and yelling. He crashed his bicycle and was transported by medics.
11:42 a.m. 1980 Main St., Pub Assist-Lock Out: PR requested lock-out assistance. The waiver was signed, entry was gained, and no apparent damage was found.
1:59 p.m. 1100 Block 24th, Vehicle Obstruction: A Chevrolet pickup was blocking access to a driveway. Vehicle was posted for removal by 08/11/2023 at 2:30 p.m.
2:26 p.m. Oregon Jamboree, Theft 2nd Deg: Multiple food items were stolen. Approximate value: $750.
2:36 p.m. 1908 Willow St., Theft 1st Deg: An electric wheelchair was stolen. Approximate value: $1,000.
4:42 p.m. 10th/Main, Traffic Incident: A green Jeep hit the median and continued east with a shredded tire. The driver was advised not to drive, and a re-evaluation will be submitted to DMV.
5:40 p.m. 22nd/Main North of Main, Suspicious Person: A male was standing in the middle of the street. He was not hitting himself upon arrival.
9:47 p.m. 720 Elm St., Theft II: Tools were taken from a yard. Approximate value: $500.

2:16 a.m. 1540 Main St., Pub Assist-Lock Out: PR requested lock-out assistance. The waiver was signed, entry was gained, and no apparent damage was found.
9:15 a.m. 1908 Willow St., Disturbance: PR reports neighbors are fighting. Officer responded.
10:53 a.m. 1200 38th Ave B104, Theft 1st Deg: PR reports stuff stolen from patio and vehicle. Officer responded, report taken. Estimated value $2,300.
11:18 a.m. 1950 Main St., Warrant Arrest (SHPD Case): Male turned himself in on warrants. Hanscam, Kyle Austin was arrested on SH Muni Warrants for FTA Criminal Trespass II, FTA Resisting Arrest, and Linn Co Circuit Court Warrant for FTA Criminal Mischief II. Booked, cited, and released.
1:59 p.m. 1908 Willow St., Criminal Mischief 2nd Deg: PR reports her tire was stabbed over a drug deal. Report taken.
3:51 p.m. 1443 45th Ave., Pub Assist-Lock Out: PR requests lock-out assistance. Officer responded, waiver signed. Entry gained with no apparent damage.
8:59 p.m. 1540 Main St., Warrant Arrest (SHPD Case): PR reports two males in the store, one male put items into his backpack. PR would like them trespassed. Officer responded, both males were trespassed from location. Maybee, Alexander Michael (28) was arrested on FTA Theft III. Bail: $6250.00. Booked, cited, and released.
9:23 p.m. 1712 11th Ave Northside Park, Disturbance: PR reports someone making excessive noise at park, possibly building something. Officer responded, contacted three at location. They were actively working on getting out of the park. They were advised that if they were caught in the park after hours again they would be excluded for 30 days.

12:11 a.m. 1118 Main St., Criminal Mischief 2nd Deg: PR reports intoxicated female broke multiple parts of his car. Officer responded. Strasser, Colleen Marie Mae (30) was arrested for Criminal Misch II. Booked, cited, and released.
1:27 a.m. 1950 Main St., Disturbance: Officer located female who left garbage in front of location. She was advised to pick it up but then refused to do so. Strasser, Colleen Marie Mae (30) was arrested for offensive littering. Booked, cited, and released.
11:05 a.m. 24th & Main, Warrant Arrest (SHPD Case): PR reports male camping in the area. Warren, Nicholas Scot arrested on multiple warrants. Booked, cited, and released.
8:50 p.m. 1234 Main St., Both PRs Req Welfare Check: Female found laying in driveway, declined medical help.
9:40 p.m. 4181 Osage St., Hit and Run Vehicle Damage: PR’s vehicle was hit, minor damage around $800.
