Warrants are out on the following individuals: Samuel Frank Ayers, Noah David Colgrove, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Isaac Booker Justham, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Isaac Booker Justham, Faron Walter Kennedy, Taylor Robert Mespelt, Carrie Lynne Miller, Kendra Lynne Montoya, Larry Robert Morgan, Julianne Nicole Phillips, Joseph Clayton Pritchett, Christopher Thomas Reed, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Steven Edward Robinson, Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi, Corey Alan Smith and Zachary Shane Stegner.
Corey Brandon Ford, 31, was sentenced Jan. 19 to 90 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 36 months post-prison supervision for first-degree robbery on a plea of no contest. He must also pay restitution in a joint liability with Anthony Holden in the amount of $13,240 to the owner of Cash 4 Gold. Charges of unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree aggravated theft were dismissed. The court approved a motion to dismiss a charge of supplying contraband while in a correctional facility.
Donald Ray Gamble, 68, was charged Jan. 23 with criminal driving while suspended or revoked. The State will seek an enhanced sentence if Gamble is found guilty due to persistent driving-related offenses and criminal history.
Daniel Henry Johnson, 22, was charged Feb. 6 with DUII.
Dylan James Johnston, 31, posted 10% of a $3,000 security Jan. 23.
Anthony John Lawson, 43, was sentenced Feb. 2 to 48 months bench probation and 60 days jail for first-degree criminal trespass of an occupied dwelling on a plea of no contest.
James Randall Ogle, Jr., 29, was sentenced Jan. 25 to 26 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 36 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine for delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school on a plea of no contest. A charge of unlawful possession of heroin was dismissed.
Denis Lee Parker, 43, was sentenced Feb. 8 to 30 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 36 months post-prison supervision based on a no-contest plea to first-degree burglary of an occupied dwelling. A second-degree criminal mischief charge was dismissed. The court will also order Parker to pay restitution to a victim who was found to have suffered pecuniary damages as a result of his conduct.
Dakotah Seward, 22, was sentenced Jan. 24 to 36 months supervised probation, 90 days jail and a $200 fine based on a plea of no contest to attempt to commit a Class A felony – first-degree sodomy. He also must register as a sex offender.
Michael Ryan Worley, 32, was sentenced Feb. 2 to 24 months bench probation, 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, and a $100 fine based on a plea of no contest to fourth-degree assault.

2:01 a.m. – Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 46, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, 4800 block of Main St.
10:22 a.m. – Jason Holder, 51, of Sweet Home, was cited and released after failing to appear on traffic citation, 1400 block of 13th Ave. Report taken.
11:55 a.m. – Deputy contacted a “nuisance camper” at milepost 20 on Quartzville Road. The camper was reminded of rules and limitations for camping on federal (BLM) land.
12:23 p.m. – Ember Ann McAlpin, 39, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.
1:06 p.m. – An illegal camp was reported on Cascade Timber Consulting property off Highway 20 at MS200. Deputy checked the camp, but no one was present.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported criminal mischief, a damaged vehicle windshield, in the 39600 block of Hwy. 228. Report taken.
3:47 p.m. – Adam David Patten, 52, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, 1500 block of Main St. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.
9:36 p.m. – Steven Dale Bergevin, 34, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for resisting arrest, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
Feb. 7
3:02 a.m. – Caller reported a male acting aggressively, 2500 block of Long St. The man reportedly threatened the caller and his mother with physical violence and used his hands. Raymond Larry Bodda, 41, was arrested for resisting arrest. Cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree criminal mischief and arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.
4:01 a.m. – Campers were told to move along from a location in the 43900 block of North River Drive.
6:52 a.m. – James Jonathon Scott Georgelis, 40, was arrested for failure to appear on an original hit-and-run charge, Lebanon Police Department.
11:47 a.m. – Austin Stevens, 23, of Lebanon, was cited for speed racing, reckless endangering. Andy Sharber, 19, of Crawfordsville, was arrested for disorderly conduct. 2nd/Glass streets, Crawfordsville. LCSO reported they were called numerous times to the location for noise complaints after midnight and the residents were warned about the complaints. A deputy parked down the road and observed the subjects doing burnouts and cookies with a passenger hanging outside of the window. Both occupants were arrested for their participation in the events after they failed to listen to the multiple warnings given. Report taken.
1:23 p.m. – Caller reported a woman twice stealing items from Thriftway, 621 Main St. Katherine Marie Berghoffer, 42, was cited and released on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for assaulting a public safety officer and an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for interfering with public transportation. Also cited and released for third-degree theft X2.
5:23 p.m. – Rhonda Rae Sparks, 37, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
7:24 p.m. – Caller reported that her ex took her dog, parking lot, Safeway, 1540 Main St.
11:57 p.m. – Amber Dawn Barton, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

12:09 a.m. – Jakob Phillips, 29, was cited for driving with a suspended license.
8:22 a.m. – Caller reported someone stealing four bags of cans from her property, 900 block of Birch St. Report taken for third-degree theft. $28.
8:31 a.m. – Caller reported that her vehicle’s tires had been slashed the previous evening, 400 block of Ironwood St. Report taken for first-degree criminal mischief. Approximate value: $1,418.
9:57 a.m. – An employee reported a man in a sleeping bag, Safeway, 1540 Main St. Kellie Ann Hesson, 56, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree criminal trespass and on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest.
1:03 p.m. – Caller reported finding a phone in a ditch in the 29000 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
1:38 p.m. – Robert Lee Edblom, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Oregon Dept. of Corrections.
3:16 p.m. – Renee Carr, 57, of Cascadia, was cited and released on an active warrant, 48000 block of Cascadia Drive. Report taken.
4:21 p.m. – Shannon Marie Richards, 49, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth and third-degree theft. Cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, 1950 Main St.
4:43 p.m. – Renee Ruth Carr, 57, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
6:18 p.m. – Clayton Mayfield, 43, of Sweet Home, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after a report of illegal camping in the 24800 block of West Brush Creek Road. Report taken.
7:47 p.m. – Anthony Ensley, 40, of Sweet Home, was cited and released on a contempt-of-court warrant out of Albany Municipal Court. 46600 block of Hwy. 20. Report taken.

3:37 a.m. – Caller reported a male throwing his arms and kicking at the air, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St. Johnny Lee Stone, 30, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of initiating a false report.
10:15 a.m. – Amy Leigh Barnes, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
12:47 p.m. – Caller reported someone attempting to enter a vehicle, 900 block of Long St. Linda Evelene Kennedy, 32, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Mark Aaron Lamb, 45, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.
4:37 p.m. – David Justin Laylon, 53, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree attempted burglary, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
5:09 p.m. – Lynette Irene Johnson, 44, was cited and released for third-degree theft, 2200 block of Main St. Cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for driving with a suspended license X2, criminal driving with a suspended license, unlawful possession of meth and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license and on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving.
7:53 p.m. – Caller reported giving a male her purse, which was subsequently lost, 2200 block of Main St. Loss of value: $27.
Feb. 10
9:04 a.m. – Hunter Gomez, 39, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
9:25 a.m. – A chainsaw reported as stolen from a vehicle in 2022 was turned in to a pawn shop in Lebanon.
10:20 a.m. – Deputy patrolling dispersed camping along Quartzville Road reported an “increased volume of transient movement after large transient camp dispersed in Lebanon.” Contacted a nuisance camper in the area and delivered instructions regarding camping rules and regulations. Transient campers and littering found on BLM land by second deputy patrolling area up to Milepost 30.
12:45 p.m. – Aaron Baldinger, 39, was cited and released for third-degree theft, Thriftway, 621 Main St. Property returned to caller.
1:06 p.m. – Deputy located two bags of trash near a campsite in the area of milepost 19 on Quartzville Road. Owner identified. Investigation continuing.
4:08 p.m. – An individual under the influence of drugs was seen wandering in the road in the 26700 block of Rowell Hill Road. Sheriff’s Office responded. The individual’s family was reportedly dealing with the problem.
4:17 p.m. – Caller reported his son for theft and wanted to press charges, 2200 block of Main St. Report taken for identity theft, fraudulent use of credit card and first-degree theft.
9:01 p.m. – Levi Joe Newberg, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft, Albany Police Department.
11:43 p.m. – Bryce Keenon, 26, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, 56th Ave./Poplar St.

12:14 a.m. – Casey Davis, 21, of Lebanon, was cited for driving uninsured, Hwy. 20/45th Ave.
1:54 a.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 47, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 46th Ave./Main St.
4:38 a.m. – Cameron Michael Wark, 33, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, 800 block of 18th Ave.
8:26 a.m. – Roberta Lee Griffiths, 52, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, 900 block of 6th Ave.
9:43 a.m. – Sheriff’s deputy transported a 33-year-old female from Sweet Home to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital on police officer hold for mental evaluation, 26700 block of Rowell Hill Road. Report taken.
1:42 p.m. – Caller reported his son threatening him with homemade bombs and a knife, 5900 block of Nandina St. Trevor Mac Wilson, 18, was arrested for unlawful possession of a destructive device X8 and unlawful manufacturing of a destructive device X8. Oregon State Police Bomb Squad took the devices.
Feb. 12
9:42 a.m. – Deputy checked a suspicious vehicle parked in the gravel pit in the 47000 block of Hwy. 20. It was a motorist using a cellphone before losing service.
4:25 p.m. – Kyle James Elmer, 31, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, Thriftway, 621 Main St.
5:42 p.m. – Deputy responded to a 911 hang-up call in the 29299 block of Berlin Road. Upon arrival, he learned that the couple at the location had a new cellphone that auto-dialed the number.
6:41 p.m. – A motor vehicle crash was reported in the 25000 block of West Brush Creek Road.
The driver attempted to turn on to Brush Creek Road from W. Brush Creek Road and drove into the ditch due to poor visibility. No injuries reported. No report.
7:04 p.m. – James Moffitt, 82, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants, 2400 block of Long St. Also cited for failure to obey traffic control device.
7:51 p.m. – Caller reported that a male who had been harassing him went to retrieve something from the parking lot, Safeway, 1540 Main St. The caller believed the male was going to attack him. Report taken for menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct.
9:50 p.m. – Kaelen Taeler Stansbury, 20, was cited and released for menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct, 1800 block of Willow St.
10:07 p.m. – A camper was told to move along in the 43700 block of North River Drive.
10:25 p.m. – Caller reported a male slapping and choking her, 1500 block of 9th Ave. Jacob Todd Newberg, 29, was arrested for domestic violence harassment, assault on a public safety officer and resisting arrest.
