Jason Micheal Comer, 46, was charged Nov. 13 with second degree burglary, two counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and harassment.
Gabriel Hernandez Hernandez, 22, was sentenced Nov. 15 to 120 hours in jail and 18 months supervised probation based on guilty pleas for menacing; constituting domestic violence, and interference with making a report.
Jonathan Preston Johnson, 40, was charged Nov. 15 with DUII, refusal to take a test for intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, violating a speed limit 60/35, and failure to drive within a lane.
Jake Dean Napier, 18, was sentenced Oct. 25 to 5 days in jail, and 24 months bench probation based on guilty pleas for second degree burglary and second degree theft.
Dale Jesse Grant Reeley, 35 was charged Nov. 9 with two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, second degree criminal mischief, first degree aggravated theft, second degree criminal trespass and first degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $40,000.
Jerry Lee Thompson II, 21, was charged Oct. 5 with DUII, reckless driving, two counts of fourth-degree assault, and failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons.

12:19 a.m – Catherine Jean Hampton, 33, was arrested by Oregon State Police on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for fraudulent use of a credit card.
8:50 a.m – Allen Dale Ensley, 34, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for a probation violation on an original charge for first degree theft, and two Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for second degree criminal mischief and theft by receiving. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
9:22 a.m – Seven tires were slashed overnight. Deputy responded, report taken. Valued loss $1,400. 500 block of 50th Ave, Sweet Home.

11:48 a.m – Somer Renay Shaverberry, 42, was arrested by Lebanon PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
12:47 p.m – J. Weist, 58, was cited for dogs as a public nuisance.
4:17 p.m – Shyanne Nicole Church, 26, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for fourth degree assault.

3:20 a.m – Steven Lee Ballweber, 34, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for hit and run.
3:46 a.m – Heather Renae Fagan, 33, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for giving false info to a law enforcement officer.

10:15 p.m – Bradley Samard, 43, was cited for driving uninsured and equipment violations.

11:14 p.m – Alicia Shaddon, 25, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Justin Eide, 39, of Eugene was arrested for warrants.
