Traffic delays expected on Franklin Street during storm drain repairs

Beginning Monday, Jan. 10, the City of Lebanon will be repairing a storm drainage
line on Franklin Street between Russell Drive and River Road.

While construction is underway, that area of Franklin Street will be controlled by flaggers. Motorists should expect delays.
