The City of Lebanon informed residents that Walker Road and all side streets will be open to through traffic from Sixth Street to Stoltz Hill Road beginning today, Aug. 21.
Some minor construction, clean up and signage, however, remains and the contractor will be in the area for a few more weeks. The posted speed limit on Walker Road is 25 mph.
