The City of Lebanon will have a contractor repairing a sanitary sewer manhole at the intersection of Wheeler and Williams streets on Friday, July 29. Due to the location of the
manhole in the roadway, the intersection will be controlled by flaggers. Motorists should
expect short delays and other related inconveniences as the work is being performed.
