Matthew Apken was hired as finance director for the city of Lebanon, City Manager Gary Marks announced in a news release on Nov. 28.
Apken has worked at a municipal auditing firm in West Linn for six years, according to the release.
He has been a senior accountant/staff manager for the past three years.
